These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and zc77 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the zc77 website at zc77.bar and all related services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features accessible through the platform. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, less any applicable fees, provided that all KYC requirements have been completed and no withdrawal holds are in place. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zc77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity, even if zc77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. zc77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The zc77 platform and all its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. zc77 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service interruptions. zc77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance via the site where practically possible. No compensation will be provided for losses attributable to service interruptions unless zc77 has been found to be directly at fault through an established disputes process.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and zc77 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
